B Justice feat. Trevis Romell – Airplane Mode (Dir. @Stevewhitefilms)

B.Justice has been carving his name in stone and the impact is evident. With a universal sound and stunning visuals by the amazing Steve White Films he is setting a new standard in Milwaukee music. The smooth voice of Travis Romell makes any woman want to get up and dance but it’s the balance between them that makes this song a banger. The future of Midwest music seems to be in good hands. Pizzle – Untitled (Prod. By @Bizness_Boi)

I’ve been listening to Pizzle for a little over two years now. (Yes, I was very late) While I haven’t immersed myself into his catalog yet, I feel like I learned more about him thru this random, untitled release, than I had ever previously known.

He wasn’t out to wow you with his ridiculous flow, or magnificent word play (while he still did his thing) he opened up. I’ve run this back 5 times already. I am so impressed. He let us in, and he vented. Gave insight to his struggles, and just spit real life music. He’s so talented, but I feel like I’ve finally been introduced.

So many bars stuck out to me, but these really hit home because of my disdain for the Rave and their lack of support for the TONS of local emcees with immense talent in their own back yard.

“Woulda did the Rave if it wasn’t for the Pay to Play/ but they be showin me love when i be outta state, so I’m in MIA rollin the paper planes/”

Iman Shumpert – “The Offs” (Prod. @Devonmack)

Iman Shumpert is back with another rap song. If you remember, Shumpert, who this season was traded with J.R. Smith to the Cavaliers, previously recorded a song while playing for the New York Knicks (R.I.P., Knickstape).

But this time around, playing with a team that actually made it into the post season, Shumpert returned to the studio for his latest track called, “The Offs.” And while his “Knicks Anthem” verses were recorded over Kanye West’s single “Clique,” his newest song is all original. Don Mykel – “Save Me” (Dir. DMF Films)

It appears as though this twenty year old rapping machine has dropped a powerful sound right into our laps. Seemingly coming out of no where the Harlem artist has quite a repertoire already and is sure to gain respect off the new video. The young talent has quite a wordplay and he showcases just that in his new visual for “Save Me” that is sure to have your eyes gazed from start to end. DMFFilms returns again for the direction as he takes this video to a new level while utilizing some interesting and unique effects throughout the entirety of the movie that is sure to have you glued in. With Don providing a sound and style that has been lacking out of New York for quite some time it is clear that the young artist is going to make some noise in 2015.
